Boca Raton High School: No Student Left Alone

“We Dine Together” is a club home to Boca Raton High School, whose initiative is to make sure no one is sitting alone at lunch. Dennis Estimon, a student originally from Haiti, started the group with his friends after knowing what it’s like to be the new kid in school not knowing anyone. Dennis hopes the club will branch to other schools, and maybe even nationwide.

Although Dennis’ mission is focused on high school students, doesn’t mean that people of every age aren’t struggling with loneliness. Is there someone you know who could use a friend, a hand, a listener? Let “We Dine Together” inspire you this week in engaging with others!
