Chorus of Kindness

By May 23, 2014March 30th, 2016No Comments

Everyone has seen posts like this in some social space or another. Stories of decent humans doing unsolicited acts of kindness for each other. Not because they expect to gain celebrity or karmic reciprocity. But because it makes them feel good. It makes them feel renewed and centered.

And also, perhaps, because of a furtive hope that their little act of kindness might spread. That the joyous noise of that one act might resonate in the recipient of their deed and spread to another. And another. And another.

Our hope is to enable an increase of acts of good and chains of good deeds. Not because people aren’t capable of  beginning and continuing these chains on their own. But because life is crazy. We’re sure the inclination to do good is intrinsic in most all of us but, far too often, it lies dormant. It’s a whisper drowned out by the clamor of everyday life. Our goal is to amplify that whisper so it becomes a chorus. A chorus of kindness.

If that sounds like something that’s interests you, stick around. We have big plans in the works and can’t wait to share them with you all this summer.
